in the filing box. Maintains all in and outward correspondence. Maintains
member contact details, produces duty rosters for parent duty, canteen,
raffle and BBQ. Retains all VLAA, Knox and club material in both paper
and electronic form for historical purposes and future Committees. |

Table, keeps a watch over athletes, does the paper work for Knox Open
Day/Regions/Multi-Events/Championship Days etc. Records the athletes
tickets for event times and distances and checks for PB’s and club
records. Writes down PB/SB results for “Season Dairy” webpage. Basically
runs the show on track days. Retains all VLAA, Knox
and club material such as results in both paper and electronic form for
historical purposes and future Committees. |
